Sound Journey 17:00-19:00

During the sound bath, the resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drum, rattles, koshi chimes, and other sound-producing instruments provides an opportunity to quiet the mind and delve into oneself. The close-to-body, sound bowl, and hand gong vibrations can have different effects on everyone: they can relax, assist in regaining mental balance, break one out of entrenched mental states, release inner blocks, and even bring deeply suppressed emotions to the surface.

The sound journey will be led by Roland Nemessányi, who serves the participants' presence with humility during these resonant meditations. For those who wish to participate more consciously and choose alert meditation, we recommend the seated position. In this posture, it is easier to approach and be surrounded by the vibrations. If you prefer relaxation and would rather lie down, please bring a yoga mat, a small pillow, and a warm blanket.

Contribution for the sound journey: HUF 6,500. After the journey, you have the opportunity to enjoy an extended buffet dinner at Bamboo Bistro for HUF 10,000 per person.
