Air-conditioning
Before turning on the air-conditioning, please make sure that the windows are closed.
1. Please use the remote controller for turning on and off the air conditioner.
2. Please use the "MODE" button to set the heating or cooling mode. Please make sure that the same operating mode is selected for all devices.
3. Then you can use the up / down arrows to set the desired temperature.
These settings must be made separately for each device.

Baby cot, baby bath, high chair
Upon request we are happy to provide baby cot, baby bath and high chair for your child. For further information please do not hesitate to contact the Reception (+36 70 626 6336).
Bathrobes, towels, hairdryer
In case you require any of these items, please call the Reception (+36 70 626 6336).
Bedding
Extra pillows and duvets are available at request. We can also provide specially formed ergonomic pillows and anti-allergy bedding for your perfect night’s rest. For further information please do not hesitate to contact the Reception (+36 70 626 6336).
Bicycle Rental

Breakfast
We serve breakfast in the Bamboo Bistro (the restaurant of the resort) each morning between 8:00 and 10.30 am.
Electricity
The electrical outlets supply electricity AC 220V/50Hz.
The socket in your bathroom should only be used for charging razors and toothbrushes.
For plugging in any other electronic devices, please use the outlets in your room.
Emergency situations
In case of an emergency, please call 112 immediately and notify the colleagues working at the Reception (+36 70 626 6336).
In case you smell smoke or detect a fire, please notify the Reception (+36 70 626 6336):
- Tell your room number and the nature of the emergency to the Receptionist,
- Let him/her know if anyone was injured
In case of detected fire:
- Our staff will alert you immediately. Please, follow the instructions and try to maintain your composure and presence of mind.
- If you are ordered to leave your room, please take your key and start immediately towards your door.
- Try to get to the central parking lot using the main routes of the resort as soon as possible.
Fire pit
Only at the designated location is allowed to make fire in the area of the resort. If you would like to use one the three fireplaces on the shore of Lake Balaton, please make an appointment with the Reception (+36 70 626 6336). We can also provide kettle and firewood.

Internet

Linen change
We change the bed linen every seven days for long stays, we also provide bed linen on request. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Reception for more information. (+36 70 626 6336)
Lost and found
All found items are turned in to the Reception (+36 70 626 6336), where you can reclaim your belongings. Please note that the found items can only be stored for a limited time.
Luggage storage
The Reception (+36 70 626 6336) is happy to assist you with luggage transportation and storage. Unfortunately, our storage capacity is restricted, so we can store your luggage only for a limited time.

Payment
Hotel guests may have their restaurant, bar and massage bills charged to their room on request. Beside cash payment we accept the following cards for payment: Visa, Master Card, Maestro. Wire transfer based on previous written agreement.
Pet policy
We would like to inform you that that's not allowed to stay with pets in the Zen Garden Resort for hygienic reasons.
Postal services
Incoming mails and parcels will be received at the Reception (+36 70 626 6336).

Smoking
The interior of the apartments and rooms are non-smoking areas. You can find the designated smoking areas are outside, our terraces.
Television
We offer a wide selection of local and international TV. Please note that the remote control only operates the device in your room.

Umbrella
The resort guests are welcome to use the umbrellas placed at the main entrance.
